Rodeo Pictures

I promise we are working out at the Rodeo and not ignoring all of you! We are in full rodeo mode till March 21st! That is the very last day of the rodeo. Here are a couple of pictures to help tie you all over.

This is BJ and I at the Cookoff this year. It was SUPER cold a couple of the nights. I had to wear a bunch of layers to try and stay warm. I also didn't stay very late. Thanks to the cookoff tent BJ was at - they fed me every night and I greatly appreciate it! The food was great!!!

Not sure what he was doing. But I love this picture of BJ. We had fun at the cookoff. Even if we did both have to work!

A fun picture of us with a couple of friends, Mr. and Mrs. H. This was our Donor Party. We appreciate everyone that was able to come out. It was a pleasure to hang out with all the friends and raise money for the HLSR Committee. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. H for doing a photo op with us!

More pictures to come...this weekend starts all of BJs events. Then we just have a week left!

A Belly Picture...

Many of you have been asking for a "belly" picture! Well I FINALLY took one. I had Sarah take one of me because my Husband was working! So here you go...there is a little bit of a bump.

This baby is moving a bunch, all over the place in fact. In a couple of weeks I will post more pictures!

We are still doing the rodeo, but we are working on names. There will be a major family meeting to make a decision. It will have to wait till after the rodeo though!

Its a ....

BOY!
We went to the doctor a little over a week ago to find out exactly what we were having. And to gather proof for everyone in the form of a picture (I knew it was a boy already). So now we have it! A little boy is what God has choosen for us!

J and T both got to go with us. It was exciting watching them look at the monitor, ask questions about what this was or that and have a genuine interest in the baby. It brought tears to my eyes. They are now debating the names! The ultrasound tech was amazing. She took the time to explain every thing to everyone. What we were looking at, counting toes and fingers, finding the mouth and nose and just a general patience with the kiddos. She will never know how much I appreciated her in that moment and still today. I am thankful that she was the ultrasound tech for that day, and not someone else. She made the day!

I didn't get to see the doctor that day because he was in surgery, but everything looks great. The baby is a big boy (as the ultrasound tech said) so we will be keeping tabs on him. He is currently head down and stretched out completely in his space. He wouldn't even scrunch up when poked and proded.

Rodeo Season is well upon us, and we are working on different projects. BJs real work will begin later this month, but making it there is going to be challenging! Just keep him in your prayers this next 21 days is going to be long and rough.

Here is one last little picture we were able to get! Enjoy :)
